William Allen Prince

 William Prince of Saint John, NB, the husband of Estelle (Lanteigne), passed away on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at home.  Born in Saint John on March 19, 1949, he was a son of late William A. and Lola M. Prince. 

 

William was a member of the Plumbers and Piperfitters Union, Local 213.  He enjoyed landscaping and working around the house. 

 

William will be sadly missed by his family, his wife, Estelle; son, David Prince, Saint John; daughter, Monica Prince, Quispamsis; grandchild, Ashton Prince; brother, Bruce Prince, Saint John; sister, Colleen (Vern) Dempsey, Sussex Corner; several nieces and nephews, including, special nephew, Andrew (Kim) Prince and niece, Jennifer (Sean) Reid.  Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Pudge.

 

William’s family would like to thank Dr. West and  the staff of 4 C North  at the Saint John Regional Hospital, and The Extra Mural Team from Quispamsis, for all their care and support. 

 

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (634-7424), with visiting on Tuesday, March 9, from 2-4, 7-9.  Funeral service, Wednesday, 2 p.m. at Brenan’s Funeral home.  Interment will take place at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Saint John. 

 

Donations in memory of William may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network or to a charity of donor’s choice.
