Lorraine and Mal married on November 25, 1977. They made their home in Bonny River and became active in the Charlotte County community. Lorraine moved to 33 Smythe Street in 2009 to be with her sister, Frances. She had later lived briefly at the Chateau Champlain and spent her last year living with her family on Loch Lomond Road.

Lorraine was a true north ender. She was previously a member of St. Mark’s Church in St. George and married in Trinity Church. She was an active member at St. Luke’s Anglican Church. She had hugs, smiles, and kisses for everyone she met.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Lorraine’s caregivers at Joan's Home Support; Tabitha, Tamara, and Michelle, as well as the Palliative care Unit at the Saint John Regional Hospital.
