John Hagerman

Hagerman, John Murray … Surrounded by his family, the death of John Murray Hagerman, of Saint John, husband of the late M. (Mickey) Michaeline (Ritchie) Hagerman occurred at Kennebec Manor on Sunday, February 28, 2010. He was born on December 29, 1931 in Marysville, NB to the late Yvon and Ella G. (Doherty) Hagerman. John worked for NB Power as a construction supervisor. John loved to walk and was well known in Saint John, West. He loved his family, and liked playing cards particularly crib and rummy, and once had a perfect “29” hand.
John is survived by one son; Stephen (Leslie) Hagerman, of Saint John West, a daughter Janet Perry (Scott) of Saint John East, and a brother Garnet (Carol Ann) Hagerman of Rothesay. Three grandchildren; Megan, Matthew and Grace, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Resting at Brenan's Bay View Funeral Home, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John (634-7425) with visiting on Tuesday, March 2, from 2-4 and 7-9 PM.
Mass of Christian Burial will held from Our Lady of the Assumption, on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 at 12:000 noon. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery. Following the interment, a reception will be held at the Bay View reception centre. Remembrances to the charity of donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
