Michael Douglas Richardson

The death of Michael D. Richardson of Grand Bay, NB occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, the 12th of July, 2010.  He was born on the 22nd of August, 1968 to C. Jane Young (Weir) and the late David W. Richardson. He was a loving son, brother, uncle and great uncle.  He loved his family and was always a support for them no matter the circumstance.  He is loved beyond measure and will be greatly missed.  He leaves a fingerprint on all our hearts.

Michael is survived by his mother, C. Jane Young (Weir) of St. Jules, QC;his partner, Tammy Breau Worden and two stepsons: Daniel and Joshua; brother David B. Richardson (Barb) of Calgary, AB; sisters:  Gail Mercer (Gordon) of Norton, NB and Joni Richardson of Saint John, NB; three nephews:  Christopher Richardson, David W. Richardson, Jason Richardson; two nieces:  Christina Richardson and Kelsey Richardson; two great nephews:  Dameon Richardson and Domonic Hillier.  He was predeceased by his father David W. Richardson of Grand Manan, NB.

Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424). The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 16, 2010 at 2:00 PM from Brenan’s Chapel. Interment in Maple Grove Cemetery, Grand Manan at a later date. For those who wish remembrances may be made to a Living Memorial Fund set up for Michael.
