Jeannine & Gary- Sorry to learn of your Mother's passing. Nothing can compensate for the lose of a

I had the pleasure and honor of knowing Gwen, or Gwenny, as we at Kingsway often called her. She was truely loved by everyone who knew her her. Gwen would always have the brightest, widest smile every time I walked into her room...and even though I didn't always work downstairs with her she always remembered my name and would say "where ya been kid". She helped make it so easy to come to work. It was never a job for me but more like a pleasure to help take care of Gwen. I am so glad to have met her. She will be deeply missed at Kingsway, but never forgotten.

We were saddened to hear of your mom, Gwen's passing. Sounds like she passed peacefully. We are thinking of when we were traveling in Ireland and met her having a Guinness in the bar at Sligo, Ireland. She was such a pleasant, funny lady. Then when we found out that she lived in Saint John, where my son lives, we made sure to be in touch and visited her several times when we enjoyed conversation about our and her travels over a cup of tea. Then after she became ill we got to visit several times at the residence. To all who knew her she leaves a smile for sure. RIP dear Gwen.

I am so sorry to hear about Gwen’s passing. You were very blessed to have had such a wonderful mother. She had a loving, caring heart and a great sense of humour. I really enjoyed the times we had together and from her I learned many things about how to live life.
I pray that God will surround you with His love, His comfort, His peace and His strength during this time of sorrow.
With deepest sympathy,
Phyllis Currie
